IT Support Engineer (f/m/d)

As a IT Support Engineer at Aleph Alpha, you will be a key player in managing our Apple ecosystem (via Kandji/IRU) and Google Workspace environment. You will ensure that our team of 300+ employees has reliable, secure, and seamless access to the tools they need to build the future of AI. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Own and manage the Kandji/IRU MDM platform, including device enrollment, app deployment, security policies, and compliance monitoring - Administer Google Workspace including user lifecycle management, security configurations, and data governance policies - Provide expert-level support for macOS and iOS devices, resolving complex technical issues - Design and implement zero-touch deployment workflows for new employee onboarding - Develop automation scripts to streamline repetitive IT tasks and improve efficiency - Create and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and self-service resources - Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure endpoint compliance and security standards YOUR PROFILE - Several years of experience in IT support with focus on Apple device management - Proven hands-on experience with Kandji/IRU or similar MDM solutions (Jamf, Mosyle) - Expert knowledge of Google Workspace administration and security features - Deep understanding of macOS and iOS enterprise management - Experience with ITIL processes and ISMS frameworks - Experience with SSO/identity management solutions - Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or AppleScript) for automation - Excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation - Fluent in German and English - Google Workspace certification is a plus What you can expect from us: - Become part of an AI revolution! - 30 days of paid vacation - Access to a variety of fitness & wellness offerings via Wellhub https://wellhub.com/de-de/ - Mental health support through nilo.health http://nilo.health - JobRad® https://www.jobrad.org/ Bike Lease - Substantially subsidized company pension plan for your future security - Subsidized Germany-wide transportation ticket - Budget for additional technical equipment - Flexible working hours for better work-life balance and hybrid working model - Virtual Stock Option Plan
